Exit Policy for Members
Updated 2025 – 2026 ( WEBN TERM – 8.0 )

To ensure a smooth and transparent exit process, the following guidelines must be followed:
1. Initiation:
The exit process must be initiated at least 90 days prior to the intended exit date.
2. Notification:
A formal email requesting exit must be sent to webngoa@gmail.com (Compulsory) at least 90 days in advance. Upon receipt, the official exit form will be shared and the process will be formally initiated.
3. Verification:
The WEBN Management team will review and verify all details submitted in the exit form before final approval.
4. Payments & Promotions:
- All pending payments must be cleared at least 60 days prior to the confirmed exit date.
5. Meeting Fees:
Meeting fees will continue to be applicable until the official date of exit, regardless of participation.
6. Withdrawal of Benefits:
- All benefits and access to WEBN resources and its affiliated platforms will be terminated on the member’s official exit date.
- Members will no longer be permitted to use WEBN branding, resources, or participate in activities after their membership has ended.
Note: Once the exit email is received, the associated category will be made available for promotions across WEBN’s social media platforms. Official Exit will be given in the last meeting of the respective chapter .
