Upon receipt, the official exit form will be shared and the process will be formally initiated.<\/p><h5><strong>3. Verification:<\/strong><\/h5><p>The WEBN Management team will <strong>review and verify all details<\/strong> submitted in the exit form before final approval.<\/p><h5><strong>4. Payments &amp; Promotions:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>All <strong>pending payments<\/strong> must be cleared <strong>at least 60 days prior<\/strong> to the confirmed exit date.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>5. Meeting Fees:<\/strong><\/h5><p>Meeting fees will continue to be <strong>applicable until the official date of exit<\/strong>, regardless of participation.<\/p><h5><strong>6. Withdrawal of Benefits:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>All <strong>benefits and access to WEBN resources<\/strong> and its affiliated platforms will be <strong>terminated<\/strong> on the member\u2019s official exit date.<\/li><li>Members will <strong>no longer be permitted to use WEBN branding, resources, or participate in activities<\/strong> after their membership has ended.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Once the exit email is received, the associated category will be made available for promotions across WEBN\u2019s social media platforms.
